This is Runner's BIO. Runner is the cousin of Jumper. He's obviously different from Jumper physically and personality-wise, but they've maintained a close friendship for years.
Ok, I'll explain the thing with his parents. Why doesn't he know (or at least doesn't appear to know) anything about them? Because I don't XP While I'd made him, for some reason I never got around to making his parents or setting a background for him. So I just decided to make it all a mystery O.o
